To set up two-factor authentication, either you or your user need to visit the "Security" page in the enterprise settings and click on "Enable 2FA":
Now, you need to choose a verification method, specifically "Google Authenticator", download the app from Apple Store or Google Play to your smartphone, and click "Continue":
You will see a QR code and a "Secret Key" consisting of letters and numbers:
Open the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone and tap on the "+" icon in the bottom left corner:
Choose "Scan a QR code", allow the app to access the camera, and point it towards the QR code on the enterprise page:
On your screen, you will see a code that changes every 60 seconds:
On the next screen, request a confirmation code to be sent to your email, and enter the current code from the Google Authenticator app, then press "Submit".
The code from the authenticator refreshes every 60 seconds. If you didn't manage to enter the email code and press "Submit" within that time - simply input the new one.
If everything is done correctly, the 2FA status will change to "Activated" within 5 seconds:
